The European Aerospace Business Integration program from ECATA (European Consortium for Advanced Training in Aerospace) aims to give young engineers:
- command of multicultural co-operation issues,
- understanding of the changing international environment in the space sector,
- the personal competences needed to run multinational projects,
- access to a network of colleagues (thanks to ECALAS, ECATA Alumni Association) in the European aerospace sector.
More than 30 European companies are customers of ECATA courses.
This program is a pilot project as part of the European LEONARDO program.
